Description: Our gin is made by infusing cool climate Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes with gin for eight weeks, without adding any sugar. The resulting gin has a vibrant ruby color that turns iridescent pink when mixed with soda. The aroma of the gin is characterized by fresh pine needles, prominent spices, and a spicy, fruity raspberry flavor. On the palate, the gin is sweet with long-lasting juniper and spice notes on the finish.
