Description: Our latest gin offering has been recognized with a Gold Medal at the New York Spirits Competition 2022. It is our brightest, lightest, and freshest gin to date, featuring a prominent aroma of fresh yellow yuzu, grown in Victoria, Australia. The yuzu scent is a unique blend of lemon, mandarin, kumquat, and grapefruit, all contributing bright and fresh citrus notes. Finger lime adds a deeper citrus character, while lemon myrtle adds a hint of lemon curd. The palate of the gin is rich and flavorful, with juniper, ginger, turmeric, and sencha genmaicha (a type of Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice) contributing depth of flavor. The finish is characterized by long-lasting pine-needle juniper and bright citrus notes. This imported gin is sure to delight the senses with its bright and aromatic character.
