Description: Our gin is made from distillate produced from grain that has been distilled multiple times, with the addition of steam-infused fresh herbs. We add a distinct floral flavor to the gin, which is complemented by a specific amount of Schiefer Riesling. The herbs, spices, and fruits used in the gin are carefully balanced and mostly grown on our own property. In addition to juniper, which is a key ingredient, we also use local ingredients such as rosehip, angelica, hop blossom, and rose.
