The entire production cycle, from planting to cutting to distillation, is done by hand with great respect for the environment. This mezcal is very well balanced and has an aroma featuring lemongrass, aromatic herbs, wild flowers, smoked wood, stone, vanilla, clove, jasmine, peach, and apples.
