Description: Yuu Baal’s mezcal is made using an artisanal process that involves producers in various regions of Oaxaca, including San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio, Tiacolula, and Miahuatlan. The entire production cycle, from planting to cutting to distillation, is done by hand with great respect for the environment. The mezcal is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, resulting in a unique golden color, full-bodied aroma, and a distinguished taste of wood and dried fruits.
