Description: Viuda de Martínez Reposado Tequila is a distinguished expression from the historic Viuda de Martínez distillery, established in 1840 in El Arenal, Jalisco. Crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, this tequila undergoes traditional production methods, including cooking in stone/brick ovens and open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is double-distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils and aged in American white oak and used whisky barrels, resulting in a refined spirit with a 40% ABV.

On the nose, Viuda de Martínez Reposado offers a bouquet of fruity and floral aromas, featuring notes of cherry, dark berries, and ripe orchard fruits. The palate follows with a harmonious blend of these fruit flavors, complemented by mellow vanilla, marzipan undertones, and a touch of salinity. A gentle pepper and spice “pop” adds complexity, leading to a smooth and enjoyable finish.
