Description: To create ouzo, water, anise, coriander, and fennel seeds are distilled together. This mixture is then distilled a second time and separated into three parts. The middle part of the second distillation is used for the final product. After this, the ouzo is left to rest in a stainless steel tank for about twenty days before it is bottled.
