On the nose, it opens with warm Christmas spices, complemented by quince jelly, gooseberry, and gingerbread, with subtle smoky molasses. On the palate, delicate clover honey and nutmeg merge with liquorice, cinnamon, and vanilla fudge, leaving a lasting sweetness that perfectly balances the blend.
