Description: Papacito Reposado Tequila is a premium rested tequila made from 100% blue agave, specifically the Weber Blue variety. It is produced in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, in the city of Guadalajara and is certified by NOM 1589. The agave plants are cooked in traditional brick ovens and then double-distilled in copper pots to create a smooth, flavorful tequila. The reposado is aged for a minimum of 6 months to 12 months in oak barrels, which imparts flavors of oak, vanilla, and caramel. The tequila has a complex flavor profile, with notes of cooked and raw agave, olive, fruit, berries, tropical fruits, herbal, caramel, strawberry, citrus, vanilla, cinnamon, and oak. It is perfect for sipping neat or as the base for a sophisticated cocktail.
