Description: Our goal was to create a vermouth using a sweet Tarragona Clasico-style liqueur wine aged in 7,000-liter oak vats that have been in use at our winery for generations. We added a small amount of this wine to the solera wine in the final vermouth, along with our special blend of vermouth herbs. The aroma is intense and striking, with powerful scents from the prolonged aging process, including dried figs, roasted hazelnuts, and green walnuts. On the palate, the vermouth is warm and rich at the start, giving way to licorice and medicinal herbs, all encased in sweet and bitter notes.
