Description: This single malt gin is made using 100% Irish malted barley, which is distilled four times in a copper pot still. It is then distilled a fifth time with juniper, douglas fir, angelica root, lemon verbena, and lemon peel to create a complex and floral spirit. The aroma of this gin is rich and creamy, with underlying notes of juniper, malt, pine, subtle spice, and citrus. The palate is smooth and complex, with flavors of juniper, vanilla, pink peppercorn, and earthy citrus. The finish is long and persistent.
