Description: This particular release of Huntress is truly one-of-a-kind, as the spirit is produced only once a year during the transition between distillation recipes. 

Each year, we conduct two separate spirit runs: one for whisky intended for earlier release and another that ages for over ten years. The whisky used in Huntress Orchard Cobbler is distilled in the week following this recipe switch, a period when cut points are adjusted and an abundance of fruity compounds enrich the spirit. It’s so fruity that we named it after one of the team’s favorite desserts.
