For the 14th edition of Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut, a premium gin in the craft spirits category, we’ve used capers of the highest quality, sourced from La Nicchia di Pantelleria, a renowned family-owned farm with over 70 years of tradition. These capers bring a unique flavor profile—nutty, refined, and pure, with a distinct sweetness and aromatic intensity.
