Description: This whiskey was distilled in 2015 in Indiana and has been aged for a minimum of 5 years in new charred oak barrels. It has a heavy rye mash bill, with 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley. Each batch of this whiskey is made up of 14 barrels, which are carefully selected in conjunction with the owner of a now-defunct East Village beer, whisky, and rock n’ roll bar.

This whiskey has a medium to full body, with a sweet backbone and notes of spicy cocoa, stone fruits, vanilla, and caramel. It has a long, spicy, slightly earthy finish that is sure to satisfy. Overall, it’s a well-balanced and flavorful whiskey that is perfect for sipping and savoring.
