Description: To create this unique rye whiskey, we use English Mild barrels that have been freshly dumped and filled with an English mild ale that has been aging for at least 4 months. The rye is aged in these barrels for an additional 3-4 months, during which time it takes on the flavors of the ale.

Tasting notes for this rye include an herbaceous nose with hints of clove, eucalyptus, and sage. The palate is dominated by flavors of honey, and the finish features notes of tea tannins. Overall, it’s a well-balanced and flavorful rye whiskey that is sure to impress.
