Description: To create this unique bourbon, we use stout barrels that have been freshly dumped and filled with our award-winning stout. The bourbon is aged in these barrels for 3-4 months, during which time it takes on the flavors of the stout. The barrels themselves have held the stout for at least 2 months before being used for the bourbon.

Tasting notes for this bourbon include chocolate caramelized sugar on the nose and cocoa cereal on the palate. The finish features roasted grain vibes, making for a flavorful and satisfying sipping experience.
