Description: For this bourbon, we use brandy barrels that have previously held our honey ale for at least 6 months. The bourbon is aged in these barrels for an additional 3 months to create a unique and flavorful whiskey. We call this special release “Sting like a Beer,” in honor of the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali.

Tasting notes for this bourbon include flowery honey and caramel on the nose, with a hint of vanilla. The palate is dominated by flavors of brown sugar and molasses, and the finish is dry and woody. Overall, it’s a delicious and well-balanced bourbon that is sure to impress.
