As PJ admired this remarkable plant, he saw a natural connection between it and the wild Irish nettle, a plant known for its healing and purifying properties, found in the pristine woodlands of Drumshanbo. Combining these elements with Irish grain, he created a vodka at The Shed Distillery that embodies the purest flavors of nature.
