Description: Our latest creation is a whisky that pays homage to the delicate complexities of peachwood. We’ve used this unique ingredient both as a smoking medium during the kiln drying process and as a maturing catalyst inside our barrels, resulting in a whisky with a symphony of fruity, floral notes.

On the nose, this auburn-colored whisky presents complex aromas of ripe stone fruit, sweet smoke and ash, and a hint of cinnamon pastry. On the palate, it has a medium-full body with a syrupy mouthfeel. The flavors are a blend of marzipan, clove, orange zest, and a subtle, salty smokiness. The finish is medium-long and features dried fruit, raw honey, and toasted oak notes.
