It is naturally colored with cochineal and aged in Willett Family Reserve Rye whiskey barrels, which gives it a dry, spicy character. It pairs best with aged spirits and can be served by mixing 1 part mixer with 4 parts rye, stirring with ice, and garnishing with a lemon twist.
