Description: This mixer is a unique twist on the classic whiskey sour that is sure to appeal to a wide range of drinkers. It starts with the repurposing of the bourbon barrels used to age No.1, by separating the staves and cutting them into smaller pieces. Organic wildflower honey is then smoked over these bourbon barrel staves for up to one week at a low temperature. The smoked honey is combined with organic lemon juice, organic cane sugar, and organic orange peel. While it is intended for use with whiskey, it also pairs well with tequila.
