The production process involves peeling hundreds of pounds of citrus, weighing dozens of spices, and decorticating vanilla beans. Bittercube Bitters are made using only “raw” ingredients and do not contain any extracts or oils. The Jamaican #1 variety is robust and spicy, with overtones of Jamaican spice and hints of ginger and black pepper. These bitters are somewhat similar to an Allspice Dram and are the most spice-forward of the Bittercube range.
