Finger Lakes Distilling is a New York State farm distillery, which means that we’re a small operation making a handcrafted product. It also means we’re able to devote all of our attention to everything we make. The distillery is located among farmland, and vineyards, which allows us to source a variety of grains and fruits locally.

The bottled in bond wheated bourbon is made from locally sourced New York State grains in a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% wheat, and 10% malted barley.
