Description: Stellum Black Bourbon is the next step in Stellum Bourbon’s Evolution.  By incorporating reserve barrels, we created a bourbon that delivers robust flavor alongside profound complexity.

Appearance: Warm Amber

Nose: Aromas explode from the glass in waves and really never stop in their intensity.  Initially, Vanilla, Orange Creamsicle, Caramel Corn, and mixed Peppercorns arise.  The aroma then brightens as cedar emerges, followed by a smoldering oak scent.

Palate: Sweet orange that has been lightly charred.

Finish: Dark chocolate taffy and leather-tobacco-cedar hints finish the flavor.

With A Splash of Water: Cinnamon and Black Pepper boost the whiskey profile.
