Asbach Privatbrand is a brandy that has been aged for at least 8 years in small Limousin oak barrels and is further refined through a secret maturing process. It is made with carefully selected wines from the best wine growing areas, which gives it its unique and smooth taste. The appearance of Asbach Privatbrand is dark amber. On the nose, it has a pronounced fruity aroma with hints of bitter chocolate and cedar wood. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with a well-developed flavor of fruits and background notes of almonds and spices. The finish is very long, with full-bodied, aromatic, and ripe notes.
