Description: Boomsma Jonge Genever is a young geneva gin, produced by a family-owned distillery in the Netherlands. It is made using a blend of malted barley, wheat and corn along with a selection of botanicals, like juniper berries, angelica, coriander and licorice, giving it a unique and complex flavor profile. It is traditionally distilled in copper pot stills, where it is heated and cooled multiple times to extract the maximum flavor from the botanicals. Boomsma Jonge Genever is considered a milder version of traditional genever, with a smooth and less intense flavor profile, making it perfect for mixing into cocktails, or to enjoy it on its own. It’s one of the most popular gin in the Netherlands for a reason!
