Description: 9north honors the 9th parallel that passes through Panama – the source of our quality rums.  9north rums are made from sugarcane that is cultivated in the fertile volcanic soil of the Herrera Province at the renowned Destileria Las Cabras, established in 1924.  Our “Añoso 8” is a blend of 8-12 year old rums finished in Oloroso Sherry and Madeira casks that boasts rich, nuanced flavors of dark fruit and nuts.  Our exceptional aging process creates a complex taste profile and satisfying finish.  Fantastic on its own and perfect in spirit forward cocktails.
