Description: This exceptional single-vineyard grappa is the result of a collaboration between ARPEPE and Invitti Distillery in Sondrio, Lombardia, Italy. Crafted from 100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) pomace sourced exclusively from ARPEPE’s renowned Rocce Rosse vineyard in the Sassella subzone of the Valtellina DOCG, this grappa is distilled with care using the Invitti family’s traditional all-copper continuous column still, powered by controlled steam for a gentler, more refined distillation process.

Rested for two years in stainless steel to preserve its purity, this vintage-dated grappa is made from pomace of a single harvest, ensuring a unique and exceptional expression of the land. The nose opens with delicate aromas of mountain flowers and fresh rainwater, leading to a soft, rounded palate that reveals notes of stewed fruits, kumquats, chalky wedding candies, and a subtle hint of black pepper. The finish is clean and complex, with gentle, pleasingly bitter notes of eucalyptus and bay leaf.

Free from added sugars, caramels, or other additives, this grappa is a true reflection of its terroir. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers a pure, elegant taste of the Valtellina’s mountainous landscape.
